Return & Refund Policy
We get it. Things happen. Here at CUJO we strive to make sure every customer gets reliable product experience as well as efficient and personalized support.If you’re not completely satisfied with your CUJO product, you’re welcome to contact our support center (email@example.com or 1-844-438-2856) where we’ll either fix it or provide a refund* once we receive your unit.

*Some restrictions apply to the refund amount: Shipping fees, international customs taxes and duties are non-refundable.
Few things to keep in mind when returning your CUJO:
- We have a 30-day return policy. You may submit a refund request within 30 days from receiving your CUJO.
- We may only provide a refund if your CUJO unit was purchased directly from us. If you purchased your CUJO from any other retailers, please refer to their return policy.
- Please make sure that your returned unit contains original packaging with all of its original components.
- CUJO unit damaged due to misuse by the customer cannot be refunded.
- Direct all your questions and concerns to our support center.
Standard refund procedure:
1. Submit your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to mention the reason of return. If you own multiple units but are not returning all of them, please enclose returned unit’s serial number that can be found on the bottom of the packaging. 2. We provide the return details and wait for your shipment confirmation. 3. Once we receive your unit, we process a refund immediately.
Product defect replacements:
1. Submit your return request to email@example.com. 2. We recommend that you give our support center an opportunity to validate the product defect remotely before shipping the unit back to us. 3. We provide the return label and wait for your shipment confirmation. 4. Once we receive your unit, we immediately send a replacement unit.
Unpackaged product refunds:
1. Submit your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to note the product is unopened. If you own multiple units but are not returning all of them, please enclose returned unit’s serial number that can be found on the bottom of the packaging. 2. We provide return details and wait for your shipment confirmation. 3. Once we receive your unit, we process a refund immediately.
Canceling or changing CUJO orders:
Every new CUJO order gets processed immediately and sent as soon as possible. Submitted orders cannot be canceled or changed. If you wish to return your ordered CUJO, please refer to the steps above.
Refunding CUJO service months:
CUJO service months can be returned and refunded if they were purchased separately from the CUJO device. If you wish to return all or part of CUJO service months, submit a request to email@example.com.
Can I return some of the products included in a bundle?
Yes. If you do not want to return all products included as part of a bundle or purchased at a promotional price, CUJO will refund what you paid only for the products you return. If you return only part of a bundle, we will subtract the bundle discount from your refund amount.
Will I be charged sales tax?
CUJO LLC has no control over any applicable sales taxes required by law. The recipient of an international shipment (outside of United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees which we cannot estimate. Please contact your local customs office to get more detailed information about any applicable import taxes and possible shipment delays related to it.
