The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of CUJO AI products and services throughout the product life cycle. This includes: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, product marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


  • Manage implementation of the CUJO AI ISP platform for assigned customers;
  • Maintain project roadmap and weekly status updates for CUJO and customers;
  • Provide project status/health to management;
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by task assignment and follow-up to ensure on-time completion;
  • Document and communicate the requirements backlog with prioritized features and corresponding justification for our customers delivery plans;
  • Brief customers on technical advertisements of new product releases;
  • Act as a leader within the company and to our customer.


  • 5+ years of experience in Product, Project Management, and Delivery to large ISP and Carrier customers;
  • Communicate with client onsite to understand priorities, changes, and tasks that need to be completed;
  • Demonstrable experience launching and managing large enterprise deployments;
  • Solid understanding of software project management methodology;
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings;
  • Expert project planning, execution skills;
  • Effective communication and leadership skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in defining and managing projects, risks, schedules and priorities;
  • Successful history of client service with technology product or service including experience setting and managing client expectations;
  • Detail oriented and has the ability to manage the day to day deliverables/updates;
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints;
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time;
  • Expertise using Atlassian tools: Confluence and Jira;
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
