CUJO AI team is looking for an office administrator, who could help to run Kaunas office life smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
  • Support business meetings and trips. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
  • Be the local point of calls and inquiries, the first person to greet our guests and team members, accept parcels and deliveries;
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Track stocks of office supplies, meals, snacks and place orders when necessary;
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease;
  • Help with planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences;
  • Assist other CUJO AI sites if needed;
  • Supervise cleaning staff.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field is preferred;
  • Experience in similar position is preferred;
  • Excellent prioritization skills;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Detail oriented and has great planning and organising skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
